Purpose: To investigate the effect of isosorbide mononitrate on diabetic cardiomyopathy (DCM), and potential mechanism action.Methods: The effects + GW4869 cardiac function myocardial fibrosis in DCM rats were determined via hemodynamics, hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining Masson staining.
